From time to time, Publik may receive materials, ideas, concepts, artwork that are not solicited. This policy is designed to avoid any misunderstanding, when items on this site and other projects developed might seem similar to another’s creative work. Therefore, we ask that you not send any unsolicited ideas, works, concepts etc. Feedback is valuable to our team, but please avoid from submission of any creative ideas or suggestions that are not otherwise requested.
In cases that you do send materials, creative work, drawings, pictures ideas etc. despite the above policy, those submissions shall be deemed and remain Publik property. None of the submissions will be obligated to confidentiality and we are not liable for any use or disclosure of such submissions. We will therefore own all rights to such submissions for commercial or other use and no compensation will be provided to any other person or entity.
Publik reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any provision this Agreement at any time without notice.
